Take your employees on a tour of one or more local nonprofit organizations to better understand how their gift makes a difference. Employee can also see first-hand what nonprofit do in our community and maybe find a place they want to volunteer. Just call (638-3946) or email United Way to schedule an Agency Visit.
Lunch and Learns
You want to offer your employees something different. United Way of Henry County and Martinsville wants to make a difference.
Together we can do both. United Way's Free Lunch & Learn series brings experts into your workplace for fun and engaging 20-minute or 40-minute information sessions on a variety of topics.
Lunch & Learns are a way for United Way and community nonprofits to reach out and offer your employees continuing education on topics they care about. There is NO CHARGE, and there is NO SOLICITATION or request for financial support during these presentations.
The benefits: Practical, relevant information presented by experts. Conveniently located in your office. Sessions scheduled during normal business hours. Interactive format that invites participation and collaboration.

Annual Campaign
Employers and employees benefit from running a United Way annual campaign. Hundreds of local companies offer the Annual Campaign to give their employees an easy way to give to their community and offer an opportunity to have some fun. United Way provides all the necessary materials you need and can offer quite a few fun and�motivational events to stimulate employee participation and enthusiasm.
