Public Reporting

As the area's largest privately-funded nonprofit, United Way of Henry County & Martinsville strives to model best practices in both financial transparency and public accountability. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires upon request that nonprofits provide copies of the three most recently filed annual information returns (IRS Form 990) and the organization's tax-exemption letter.
